By taking into consideration the requirement of farmers from Barshi & nearby villages this factory was registered on 17th February 2010 & was erected in 2011.

From the beginning, this factory has recorded more sugar cane crushing then its capacity. It has continually worked towards getting better yields over the years & with time our staff & working men have enhanced in getting higher productivity.

From 2011-16, factory had maintained optimal & steady production in proportion to the sugarcane produced in the region. In the year 2015-2016, in spite of short sugarcane supply, factory completed the season with crushing of 279000 MT.

Due to the drought-like situation for continuous 3 years, there was a shortage of sugarcane, so it was decided to keep the factory closed for crushing season 2016-2017.

Our stakeholders are from Barshi, Bhoomi, Paranda, Osmanabad, Vashi & they have always given first priority to the sugarcane farmers & quality of sugar production.

We also incorporated 12 MW cogeneration plant which is in operation since the erection of the s factory. 45 KLPD distillery plant began its operation in the year 2015 and then it’s successful trial was completed in August 2016.

From the season 2017-2018, we started producing alcoholic products from molasses through the 45 KLPD distillery.

Low rainfall, reduced sugar rates in the last 2 years and increased competition in sugar industry have been a major set back & sugar factories have faced a lot of problems in cane payment as per FRP decided By central government.

Due to satisfactory rainfall in the year 2017, there was abundant water available and sugarcane registered was near about 2,02,008 MT so crushing season 2017-2018 was completed with 27 8130 MT and 840 lakh liter alcoholic product was produced from distillery plant.
